Job Title: Business Support Associate (Night Shift Working)

Job Description: We are looking for young enthusiastic folks who would be communicating direct with our esteemed clients (overseas) and help them by supporting in their various business functions. They will be doing most of the back office jobs of clients assigned e.g. web researching, appointment fixing, sales/telemarketing calls, taking customer support calls or emails, data entry, report creations, assisting in Internet marketing/SEO and Social Media marketing efforts. Your work will vary as per the client/process you would chose to work on. In most cases you would do all business support functions or you might stick to their core process in sales/telemarketing etc.

Desired Profile: Fresher with hands on knowledge and experience on Windows Tools & Utilities, Internet Savvy , Technically Sound (for technical support process) , Knowledge of basic networking would be an add on advantage though not required. Excellent Communication Skills with English is must, Ready to work in a 24/7 environment, Should be able to deliver Quality services, Open to challenges, Excellent opportunity for financial benefits and personal growth.
